[Chorus] Divine sacred in the darkest place So called enemy's plan or another faith Spy hand of God where I least expect to Find sacred divine, divine sacred [Verse 1] Open my eyes Face up, no denying Feel God on my side but See on others at the same time [Repeat Chorus] [Verse 2] How can it be? Simultaneous on all sides Contradictory looks to me Comprehension - logic defies [Instrumental] [Verse 3] No for or against No worthy unworthy No include or excluded Only love and beloved [Repeat Chorus] [Spoken Word] This religion, that religion, atheist, agnostic, this side, that side, this species, that species... no matter, no one is excluded or rejected by God. This neutrality is not about indifference, I believe it has to do with unconditional love and awareness beyond the temporary roles we play. Subjectively good or bad, all of our roles are all faciliated and project managed by God. As the saying goes, not a blade of grass moves without the sanction of the Lord . I believe we can gain insight into God's disposition towards us by looking at that of a parent for their child. Especially a mother. The child can do no wrong ... even if in the eyes of the world they are judged and condemned. OK, some parents do reject their children. But not God. We remain forever His beloved ... at least this is what I suspect.

In My Time 04:56
[Chorus] I suspect now for you hard to believe But honest, this was how things used to be People pushed back new ideas if contradict establishment Resist question/reassess, even fresh evidence suggests high time dogma reject [Spoken 1] In my time people widely believed consciousness came from the brain. Science was preoccupied with material measurables - wanting to explain life, desire, even love, exclusively in terms of electro-chemistry and matter. Dismissive of everything else. [Repeat Chorus] [Spoken 2] In my day most people believed they were the body, and when one died nothing survived. And a human embryo was not a person until after birth - this the key reason termination became a fundamental woman's right in many parts of the world. What can you do? [Repeat Chorus] [Spoken 3] On my planet religions had little to do with promoting spiritual awareness - mostly they functioned to create notions of us and them, often leading to prejudice against other faiths or non-believers, and sometimes causing war between nations. All in the name of God. [Repeat Chorus] [Spoken 4] In my childhood Darwinism was taught in classrooms as the proven explanation for life as we knew it. From single celled creatures, by random gene copy mistakes and survival of the fittest, here we are today. No intelligent design, and certainly no soul! [Repeat Chorus] [Spoken 5] In my lifetime most of those who spoke of the soul did so in terms of it being something one possessed. As if one were a body with a soul, rather than a soul with a body. 'My soul' rather than simply 'I' thus the general vernacular. Many preached animals had no soul, what to speak of plants. I know! ... How lucky are you to live when you do! I was pretty isolated to be honest.

[Repeat Chorus x2] [Spoken word outro] For me it's eight hundred plus songs sharing a personal journey with spirituality placed in the public domain. My intention to somehow be a spiritual positive in the lives of those who enjoy them, or at least to help a lonely traveller or two feel a little less alone. I believe you're in everyone's heart ... guiding the wanderings of all ... the 'arranger of happy coincidences'. Can I therefore leave it up to you what happens now? Defer to your judgement? Herby forgo desire to directly enjoy the fruits of my activities? Is my mission complete? Am I done? Did I do good? Are you smiling?
