Foolish My Designs
04:18
|
|||
[Chorus v1]
You never leave my side
What I should do prescribe
Always approve no matter life I choose,
Feel your love unconditional
Regardless dark or light
In spite often times foolish my designs
[Verse 1]
A part apart
Our one yet difference
Soul divine express
Spark of splendour manifest
[Verse 2]
Individual
Original unique
Full autonomous
Independence, free to dream
[Chorus v2]
You never leave my side
Where I should go prescribe
Always approve no matter path I choose,
Feel your love unconditional
Regardless high or low
In spite often times foolish my designs
[Verse 3]
Many become
Divinity imbue
Collaboration
Contribute my point of view
[Instrumental]
[Verse 4]
See everyone
Beloved son of God
Who never lose sight
Born as human, born as dog
[Chorus v3]
You never leave my side
One goal of life prescribe
Always approve no matter truth I choose,
Feel your love unconditional
Regardless wrong or right
In spite often times foolish my designs
[Spoken Word]
I'm arguing the case for God's unconditional positive regard rather than indifferent neutrality toward His parts and parcels ... however they choose to explore and express their personal divinity and their relationship with God. Whether they choose to consciously or unconsciously worship God, love God, fear God or even deny the existence of God. No matter, all souls remain beloved of God at all times. OK, maybe I'm wrong. Maybe this is just my wishful thinking. Still, it makes sense to me, and it feels right somehow. Does this resonate for you at all? What do you think?

Slim Chance
02:50
|
|||
[Verse 1]
Never give up as if obliged
My Sisyphus cannot deny
My need to know insistent itch
I'm made that way - purposeful designed
[Verse 2]
Question my self divinity
Against my will - how can that be?
Parcel and part I can't explain
Separated yet we remain one
[Chorus]
My senses dull, my mind confused
However I will recognise truth?
Fact - my logic blunt
Chances of success seem slim
[Verse 3]
Yet here I search - my questions flow
The more I learn the less I know
Forward advance, but progress slow
Return again to start position
[Instrumental]
[Verse 4]
Occurs I seek impossible
For somehow serves me not to know
Were I to see beyond the veil
My purpose here would become undone
[Chorus]
|
||||

Paths Are Crossed
03:03
|
|||
[Verse 1]
Who were before today forget
Where come you from no longer know
Why you are here can only guess
Yet fallen soul eager accept
But what I see, from where I stand, idea reject
[Verse 2]
As envious, as worm in stool
Identify believable
Somehow it serves experience
To make believe prepares the stage
You stand upon, the die is cast, the price is paid
[Chorus]
The paths are crossed - you and I
The roles we play - dark and light
Facilitate divine exchange collaboration
[Verse 3]
Prefer to play your positive
If all the same, prefer to give
Thorn in your side - prefer say no
But if insist I won't resist
Play enemy - adversary - will bring my best
[Instrumental]
[Chorus]
[Spoken Word]
There's just one role I won't play - your co-conspirator in any sort of I'm-a-victim drama. Call me selfish, but I'll just have to be a thorn in your side if you're determined to do that one. Sorry, but I do have my standards.
[Verse 4]
Divinity deny is yours
Impossibility believe
Your destiny see karma-bound
Heart envious reality
Are powerless to manifest dream realise ...
[Chorus]
|
||||

Independence?
03:31
|
|||
[Verse 1]
Born to abnormal normal
Groomed in dogma embrace
Only choice is submission prescription
Independence is lost faith
[Verse 2]
Fact authority guru
Every word absolute
Down here everyone suffers, is fallen
Independence is misused
[Chorus]
Deep conditioned from birth
Only life ever knew
How will you re-evaluate, decide
If stand by/flag-wave your truth?
[Verse 3]
Prejudice is embedded
Doctored reality
Spun with circular logic confusion
Independence illusion
[Chorus]
[Verse 4]
Other - dare you not trust them
Poison, set them against
Fear their hidden agenda, objective
Independence surrendered
[Instrumental]
[Chorus to fade]
|

Two Step Back
03:55
|
|||
[Verse 1]
Lifting veil - seeking personal growth
Breaking spell - powerful reclaiming
Freeing mind - owning baggage burden
Taking responsibility for
[Chorus]
Sad it is therefore while on one hand progress is real
Prone to critical finger pointing everyone else
Increased awareness no deny is fact
Conscious connection dot to dot reveals
Take one step forward but same time two step back
[Verse 2]
Facing fear - choosing introspection
Seeking light - chasing liberation
Making peace - embracing forgiveness
Letting go - wiping karma slate clean
[Chorus]
[Verse 3]
Digging deep - garden cultivation
Sowing seeds - feeding warmth and water
Pulling weeds - clearing path to sunlight
Walking talk - practice same as preaching
[Instrumental]
[Chorus]
[Spoken Word]
It's a difficult path to walk no doubt, but somehow one must temper neophyte zeal with humility ... accepting the possibility that tomorrow one may again look back on yesterday's epiphanies in a very different light. Perhaps this time having avoided a period of beating people over the head with truths later considered less objective and absolute than previously believed. Well? I've been there.

Funnel web spider art
Fly trap macabre

Obliged to agree
But maintain if from God somehow beautiful
[Chorus]
In spite conviction

02:48
|
|||
[Verse 1]
The way they squander human life
With land of birth identify
Drink their tea, consume their wine
Believe themselves high civilised
[Verse 2]
The way intelligence covered
Like hog dog camel ass they work
Belly tongue genital slave
Make up layer to solve old age
[Chorus]
Just see, just see
Just see, just see
Finger point one
Fingers back three
Just see, just see
[Verse 3]
The way they measure life success
Seek happiness in stuff possessed
But when die leave all behind
Foolish convinced is just one life
[Repeat Chorus]
[Instrumental]
[Verse 4]
The way they fetus terminate
In name of progress justify
My body - my choice to choose
The born-agains issue confuse
[Repeat Chorus]

Us
02:59
|
|||
[Verse 1]
But mind made up never again
Too many times been here before
No longer serves - my yesterday
Yes once was fun, but now moved on
[Verse 2]
My mind made up never reverse
So many lives I've taken birth
Circle of life spun round and round
Now had enough, I'm homeward bound
[Chorus v1]
Yes, sky was blue
Our sun did shine - we hay made
We lived the life
We chased the dream - you and I - us
[Verse 3]
But mind made up never return
My lesson learnt, conclusion firm
My bridges burnt, no going back
My cup is full, my bag is packed
[Repeat Chorus]
[Instrumental]
[Verse 4]
But mind made up is no regret
Sacred exchange never forget
Collaboration do or die
We two are one - cannot deny
[Repeat Chorus]

My Life After All
04:01
|
|||
[Verse 1]
And I want to walk the grass on planet Earth
And I want to serve the mission of my birth
And I want to understand before I'm dead
And to manifest that music in my head
[Chorus]
For it's my life after all
Is my life after all
It's my life after all
[Verse 2]
And I want to truth uncover what it means
And identify my reason to believe
And my mind decipher writing on my wall
And I want to face consequence big or small
[Repeat Chorus]
[Instrumental]
[Verse 3]
And I want to know relationship with God
Separation, unique one and difference
Simultaneously inconceivable
But desire to comprehend nevertheless
[Repeat Chorus]
[Spoken Word]
Are my life goals purely of my own choosing or are they prescribed? Already decided? Does God favour one set of life goals over another? Approve of some, disapprove of others? What is my ultimate self interest? Is there such a thing? I'd like to get some clarity, some certainty, on these things before I die.
